Well this past weekend me, my mom,Austin and our dogs went up to our cabin at Bear Lake. When we left Friday it was pouring rain. We got up there around 5:30. It was a little overcast but was fairly dry. We put in a pizza and kicked back. My dad didn't make it up this weekend. He had other engagements he had to participate in. Saturday I got up super early and couldn't fall back asleep. It was a beautiful morning! Cool but Beautiful! I went out and took a walk with the dogs. I saw a group of turkeys and some deer, It is so pretty up there. On my way back down to the cabin Austin met me and had put on some coffee! Love it ! My mom woke up a little after I got back and We got ready and went fishing. We drove a little ways back down Logan canyon, and found a great spot! Or at least I thought. I could see a ton of fish but they didn't hit on anything I casted in!! Dumb fish just don't know whats good for them. Ha Ha. Austin had walked up the river a ways and me and my mom didn't see him for about an hour. Well he ventured back and when we saw him he had cut his jeans off to his Knees had his boots on with no socks and was filthy! I started cracking up! He had got stuck in a bog. LOL he looked like a mountain man. (of course I had left the camera at home. Oh well next time! He ended up catching 3 fish (nothing to big) and released them. The sun had vanished behind some clouds so we decided to call it quits and headed back to the lake. On our way back we stopped at the gardening center up there I bought some flowers to plant. We went back to the cabin and planted them in some containers that we do every year. We messed around and then went down to dinner at Cafe' Sabor. Very Yummy! I love it there ! Sunday we got up, I did a little homework and then we cleaned up and headed home. Great Weekend !
